These classes suit a range of people who share the love of dance and the need for low impact and fun exercise. So all classes include floor work at the end.
You will discover a consistency of choreography between all
aerodance divas classes which means that you can comfortably go to any

Because the classes use the same core music as our
Core and
Classic classes you will find it easy to make the move between them should you ever wish to.
The music covers a diverse mix of genres including Bollywood, Salsa, Street, Pop and West End musicals.
